Phase 1: Strategy & clarity
The challenge: James possessed deep technical expertise with a background in Computer Science and Engineering, but he lacked an online presence, a portfolio, and a clear direction. Strategic Guidance: We moved away from the initial broad, generic "Workflow Specialist" label and pivoted his positioning to something highly specific and tangible: a Google Forms and Automation Specialist. We simplified his messaging to focus on helping solo founders and small businesses eliminate messy intake processes by building smart, automated forms entirely within Google's free ecosystem.
Content Strategy: We developed his professional LinkedIn presence, positioning him as the go-to expert for form automations, and provided content calendar guidance to begin his client outreach.

The Build (Service Packaging):
We guided James through building his flagship portfolio piece: a custom lead qualification diagnostic tool for Yōso Studio. Using Google Forms, conditional branching logic, and App Script, he successfully built a smart client intake system that automatically filters leads and triggers automated email confirmations, proving he can save businesses hours of manual tabor without them needing to pay for expensive enterprise software.
