Your privacy is essential. At 要素 Yōso Studio, we value your peace and privacy as much as our own. The information you share with us (like your name, email, intake form answers, and purchase history) will always be kept safe and treated with care.
How we use your details: We only use your information to provide our services, process your Squarespace transactions, send you updates about our workshops and programs, and share our yōso notes newsletter with you. We will never sell, trade, or share your personal information with anyone outside our studio.
Data storage & third-party tools: To run our studio smoothly, we use trusted service providers like Squarespace (for our website hosting), Stripe (for secure payment processing), Substack (for our newsletter), and Zoom/Google Apps (for our workshops, scheduling, and meetings). Because of this, your information may be stored or processed in different countries. No matter where it’s held, we follow international privacy standards and handle your data with the utmost respect.
Store Policy
Purchasing & Payments: We keep our checkout process as straightforward as possible. All payments for our workshops, The Intentional Journey program, 1:1 sessions, and digital products are processed securely directly through our Squarespace site via Stripe.
Delivery of Services
Digital Products: Upon purchase, you will receive an immediate download link to access your files.
Workshops & 1:1 Sessions: After your transaction is complete, you will receive an automated email with further instructions, including your intake forms or the Zoom meeting links needed to access your session.
Return Policy
Because of the digital and time-intensive nature of our offerings, we handle returns and cancellations with clear boundaries to protect our studio's capacity.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of downloadable items, all sales on digital products are final and non-refundable.
Workshops & 1:1 Sessions: We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel a 1:1 session or workshop, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund.
The Intentional Journey: Refunds and cancellations for our 12-week program are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your specific client agreement.

Community Respect: Whether we are interacting in a 1:1 Brand & Business Conversation or a group workshop, we operate on a foundation of mutual respect. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking if an interaction violates the safe, collaborative environment we strive to maintain.
