Phase 1: Strategy & clarity

The challenge: Establishing a foundational presence for a high-level educational offer

Brand Positioning: Developed a clear positioning document and "Quick Start" guidance to build early visibility on LinkedIn.

Course Audit: Conducted a deep, 10-15 page review of "The Learning Blueprint" to refine its structure and learning design.

The Bridge (Lead Magnet): Wrote content for a professional PDF to attract ideal clients and bridge the gap between social presence and enrolment.

Phase 2: Production & integration

The challenge: Revitalising the entire course experience through high-fidelity visuals and interactive elements.

The Visual Essence (Graphics & Design):

  • Custom Infographics: Created a total of 21 specialized graphics used across PDFs, videos, and Teachable.

  • Cohesive Theme: Established a complete visual identity, including a customized color palette and typography.

  • "Your Blueprint" Template: Designed a professional, fillable PDF template with progress tracking for students.

The Living Narrative (Video & Interactivity):

  • Video Assets: Produced professionally edited videos, including new intro segments, synchronised visuals for existing audio, and revised Call-to-Action scripts.

  • Interactive Checkpoints: Provided guidance for creating quizzes and reflection activities directly into the Teachable platform to enhance student accountability.

PDFs: A total of 6 PDFs for lessons, templates, scripts, and draft lead magnet.

Results

By the end of this partnership, their vision was transformed into a launch-ready, conversion-optimised course ecosystem.
