Live an Intentional Life (Nurture an Intentional Business)
This 1-hour workshop was hosted by Jo and Lana.
This is our first workshop...and it's everything we've learned about building quietly, slowly, with intention.
Stories. Frustrations. Small wins along the way. How we started. How we stumbled. How we kept going. And how nurturing a business is inseparable from living an intentional life.
It includes storytelling, guided reflections, and how to bridge the life you envision to a business you nurture over time.

We’ll answer these questions and more:
How did you start Yōso Studio? Did you have everything in place before launching?
I have a business idea, but don’t feel very confident - how do I get started?
I’m ready to start my own business - but I’m scared because my family aren’t supportive.
Gain access to the full workshop recording and the Guided Reflection PDF.
Philosophy: We believe business should be a quiet extension of your life, not a weight upon it. It is nurtured from pure intention, passion, and the genuine motivation to build the life you want.
This workshop is for you if:
you're tired of the loud advice
you're building something that feels like you
you value craft over scale, intention over speed
you're ready to build slowly, and that's okay
The story behind the workshop
Jo’s journey started in 2023, when she stumbled on Dan Koe looking for writing advice.
Back then, Jo wanted to make money with her writing. Five minutes into Dan’s video, she had a sense of hope (maybe this was possible after all!)
That brought her to Twitter… and the world of personal branding, solopreneurs & digital business opened up before her eyes.
She stayed for about a year. Then she left.
The space was too toxic. Too loud. Too obsessed with metrics she didn't care about.
Of course, she didn't leave empty-handed.
Jo left with lessons about finding her voice, clarifying what she wanted & deciding how she truly wanted to live her life.
She’d never go near that platform again. But she’ll always point to it as the catalyst for what we have at 要素 Yōso Studio today.
